Every service involves two separate fees paid to two different parties. Here is exactly what you pay, to whom, and when, depending on which service you book.
Paid to ViaPsych when you confirm your match. Covers finding and coordinating your psychologist. Non-refundable once a match is confirmed. Not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Paid directly to your psychologist. May be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefit plan. Your psychologist issues the receipt.
