You decide your availability, the types of client inquiries you accept, and the clients you take on. ViaPsych works around your existing practice, not the other way around.
For 90-minute consultations, the clinical fee is $400, paid directly to you by the client. For assessments, you set your own clinical fee directly with the client. ViaPsych charges clients a separate coordination fee. Your clinical revenue goes entirely to you.
Clients are connected with you based on your declared areas of practice and availability. We coordinate connections using your areas of practice and the information provided in each request.

ViaPsych handles initial information collection and coordination. By the time a client connects with you, key details have already been gathered.
The process for joining the ViaPsych network and receiving your first client match.
Complete the provider application form with your credentials, areas of practice, your Ontario registration details, and your availability preferences.
Our team reviews your application to confirm registration, licensure, and fit. Once approved, we complete a brief onboarding to understand your scope and preferences.
When a client request matches your areas of practice and availability, we contact you with the match details. You have one business day to accept or decline.
Once the client has reviewed your preliminary details and confirmed they would like to proceed, they pay the ViaPsych coordination fee. You then contact the client directly to schedule their appointment. All clinical care, fees, and billing are managed directly between you and the client.

You set your own clinical fee for diagnostic assessments based on the type, length, and complexity of the assessment. You confirm your fee directly with the client before any appointment is scheduled. This fee may be eligible for reimbursement through the client’s extended health benefit plan.
Important: ViaPsych does not receive any portion of clinical fees and does not provide or receive rebates, commissions, or benefits by reason of match coordination. Clinical services are provided independently by licensed psychologists who set and collect their own fees. The ViaPsych coordination fee is a separate administrative fee only and is not shared with clinicians.
At ViaPsych, transparency is central to how we coordinate matches. As part of onboarding, we collect information about each clinician’s training, including whether it was completed through an accredited program. We clearly share clinician credentials and supervision status so clients can review this information and decide whether to proceed with a provider.
ViaPsych works with licensed psychological professionals registered in Ontario. All clinicians in our network are in good standing with their regulatory college and meet our platform criteria.
We welcome psychologists at all career stages, including those in supervised practice where appropriate. All clinicians provide services independently and are responsible for their own clinical work.
