Fill out our matching form to share what you are looking for. We ask about the type of service you need, your location, any preferences around virtual or in-person services, and your availability.
No referral letter is required. No GP visit needed first. You can submit your request directly at any time.
Submitting your request is free. You are not charged anything at this stage. Payment only happens after we find your match and you decide to proceed.
Our team reviews your request and identifies licensed psychologists from our network whose services align with what you’re looking for, based on your preferences, location, service type, and availability.
All psychologists in our network are registered and licensed professionals. They operate independently and are responsible for their own clinical services. We may contact one or more providers to confirm availability and facilitate a timely connection.
Matching is based on the information you provide and provider availability. ViaPsych coordinates the connection process, while all clinical decisions and care remain between you and the psychologist.
Once we’ve identified potential matches, we share each psychologist’s credentials, training, availability, and fee range with you before anything is confirmed. You have the opportunity to review this information and decide whether you would like to proceed.
If you choose to move forward, you pay the ViaPsych coordination fee at this point. If you decide not to proceed, you owe nothing.
The coordination fee is $200 for consultations and $300 for assessments. It is non-refundable once you confirm your match and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
After you confirm your match and payment is received, your psychologist contacts you directly to schedule your appointment. From this point forward, your care is entirely between you and your psychologist.
ViaPsych’s role as a coordination platform ends at the point of connection. All clinical services are provided independently by your psychologist.
Your psychologist sets their own clinical fees and collects payment directly from you. ViaPsych is not involved in billing or clinical care.

ViaPsych does not receive any portion of clinical fees and does not provide or receive rebates, commissions, or benefits by reason of match coordination. Clinical services are provided independently by licensed psychologists who set and collect their own fees. The ViaPsych coordination fee is a separate coordination fee only.
