Tell us what you are looking for. We will review your request, identify regulated psychologists from our network whose services align with your preferences, and share their details with you before anything is confirmed.

How fees work

Consultation

$200 coordination fee + $400 clinical fee $200 plus tax to ViaPsych for coordination. $400 to your psychologist for the 90-minute consultation. Paid separately to each party.

Assessment

$300 coordination fee + clinical fee set by clinician $300 plus tax to ViaPsych for coordination. Clinical fee varies by clinician and is confirmed with you before scheduling. Paid separately to each party.

Fee consent*

I understand that a coordination fee applies ($200 plus tax for consultations, $300 plus tax for assessments) paid to ViaPsych, and that this fee is non-refundable once a match has been confirmed. Clinical fees are separate and paid directly to my matched psychologist.

Privacy consent*

I consent to ViaPsych collecting and using my information to coordinate a match with a regulated psychologist. My information will not be shared with third parties outside of this process.
